In this game version of the recent Barbie movie, you play as Annika who is on a quest to save her kingdom. The evil Wenlock has turned all of the people into stone because you wont marry him, and it is up to you to use your magic wand to turn them all back, and defeat Wenlock once and for all.

You are helped by your sister Brietta who is a magical flying Pegasus. She will take you through the clouds between the five different lands in the kingdom where more difficult challenges await you! As you progress though the game, your wand learns new powers that can make Annika jump higher, turn baddies into plants and even melt ice! You must use all of these skills together to reach the final showdown with Wenlock, and have lots of fun along the way.

The mini challenges throughout the game test your magic want skills in a race against time to win new costumes for Annika, but don't worry if you fail them the first time, cause you can go back and play them over again. I found the later ones quite hard! If you're good enough to catch all the the balls of light while flying on the Pegasus you'll be rewarded with pictures of Annika for your collection.

With all it's pink and cuteness, I'd say this is definitely more suited to the Barbie fan, but even if you're not I'm sure you'll still enjoy this game on the Game Boy Advance.
