Not ALL female characters from Mass Effect are here, as we're still playing through the game (and not rushing it), but we will update this as we go, so you should be able to find most of the Mass Effect female characters here by the time it's finished.

It is FANTASTIC to see a game, not only have a strong female lead character (player can be male or female), but also many cool peripheral female characters in the story. The ability to choose a female playable character is awesome in Mass Effect and you can change the appearance as you'll see below.
